In 2014 Hub sushi Japanese fusion restaurant founded on Yonge and Clark in Thornhill Ontario, with the desire to produce healthy east coast variants of Japanese cuisine. The restaurant was very successful and supported the relocation to a larger space in Downtown Toronto, now called 'SAKU'. As a family-run business, SAKU is committed to providing guests with an experience that is both delectable and comfortable. Owner Chef Joey Ham innovates flavour and Asian elegance using the freshest local ingredients.
With health and freshness being a priority, dishes are assembled with finest ingredients and sophistication. West coast flavours and ingredients are incorporated featuring sushi rolls that contain local vegetables and seafood when available.
